Angelo was reported missing shortly after 7 pm on May 11 by his mother, Khalifa Tobias. She reported being at her home at Cambridge Trace, off Goodwood Main Road, Tobago, when Angelo disappeared. At home was her boyfriend, Shannon Miller. Both have been in police custody since Friday.

While Khalifa reported she was at home after 7 pm on May 11, CCTV footage showed that she and Miller were walking towards at a bar at 7.09 pm and returning from the same area at 7.49 pm. Angelo was not with them.

Initial reports stated that Angelo may have walked towards the sea and disappeared. But police now believe that something else may have happened to Angelo….on land.
