NEW ELECTION
If none of Starmer’s cabinet are good enough to be Labour Leader
Or any of the four hundred MPs sitting right behind them either
Then if the ‘Northern King’ is the only one suitable for the position
It’s a ludicrous fiasco and surely needs an urgent General Election
Because he will have to appoint a cabinet using the same old names
All the Toolmaker son’s acolytes still playing the same tired games
What can he do that Two Tier Kier couldn’t in less than two years
Perhaps a better talker but is he capable of allaying all our fears
Can he smash the gangs, grow the economy and finance Defence
If he can’t then it’s a farcical appointment and makes no sense
What experience has he got to resolve these issues or give it a go
All prime pledges and promises in Labour’s own Election Manifesto
Is it feasible for somebody to be ushered in as PM with no contest
And who made this momentous decision to say he truly is the best
The Cabinet are lacking in experience and all a motley crew
So where does he start with that lot and does he know what to do
He entered Parliament like a Hollywood star teeth gleaming
And organised a MPs selfie with them all delirious and preening
Meanwhile the UK drifts and people worry about protection
As the boats keep coming during this leadership issue deflection
Starmer keeps telling everybody he has done sucha marvellous job
Which sounds and looks so delusional from this chap’s gob
Let’s hope we haven’t jumped from the frying pan to the fire
As if it’s as good as soft lad thinks then why on earth did he retire
His demise started with poor judgement on Ange and Mandy
And his downfall was complete with another ally called Andy
Still only one candidate from this 400 or so weak political collection
So let’s see if Andy has the cojones to go for a new Election
