TT Post is becoming irrelevant not because postal services are outdated, but because management lacks vision.
With online shopping booming, TT Post should have already created a separate, commercially run subsidiary to handle packages and e-commerce logistics. Instead, slow clearing, poor tracking, and inefficiency are driving customers to private couriers.
Other postal services worldwide adapted. TT Post did not.
This is not a funding issue, it is a leadership and competence issue.
